For agencies · Brand experience · Corporate

The venue your clients will remember.

Trade partnership for event agencies and brand experience teams. 10% commission on every event you bring. Dedicated account manager. Five storeys of activation possibilities, all in one building.

Who we work with

Built for the agency model.

We know how agency life works — short timelines, demanding clients, three more pitches on your desk. We're set up to make Trainscendence the easy yes in your venue shortlist.

Event agencies

Independent event + experience agencies

End-of-year parties, product launches, multi-day brand takeovers. You design the experience, we run the venue. Trainscendence becomes the canvas your client briefs you to find.

Brand experience

Brand experience + activation agencies

Themed rooms mean instant differentiation — your activation isn't in another converted warehouse. Seven distinct rooms across five storeys, two trains on a rooftop, and full custom branding allowed in every space.

Corporate

Corporate event planners

Annual offsites, awards nights, all-hands celebrations. Seven themed rooms, two trains, six bars, and a venue host who'll quietly handle the night so you can focus on the client.

Production

Film, TV + content production

Hire one room or the entire building for shoots, music videos, branded content, podcasts. Power, lighting, food, security, the works. Discounted day rates for non-event production.

Why us

Why agencies should put us on their list.

Five reasons we think Trainscendence belongs on the agency shortlist.

A venue that pitches itself

Most "unique" venues are one room with personality. We are seven themed rooms plus two trains on a roof. Your deck writes itself; your client says yes faster.

Dedicated agency account manager

Luke or Harley personally — same point of contact across every event you bring. They know your style, your common asks, your client preferences.

Quote within 24 hours, always

You're working to a pitch deadline; we know it. Send us a brief at 4pm, you'll have a costed proposal by lunchtime tomorrow.

Whole-venue takeovers up to 400

Other venues this size make you compete with their other bookings. We close to public for trade takeovers — your client owns the floor, the rooftop, the bars, the staff, the night.

A direct relationship with the owners

We're new to trade partnerships — that means you're not the 47th agency we're managing this quarter. You get Luke and Harley directly, building the relationship from booking one.

How you earn

Commission structure.

Three options. Pick what works for the relationship — switching between Standard and Volume happens automatically once you hit five events.

Trade Standard

10% commission on total client spend. No volume requirement.

  • 10% commission, total event spend
  • Dedicated account manager
  • Site visits anytime, no minimum brief
  • References + insurance docs on request

Client Discount

Some agencies prefer to pass savings to the client instead of taking commission. We support that — 5% off the bar minimum, no commission paid out.

  • 5% off bar minimum (passed to client)
  • No commission to agency
  • Same dedicated account manager
  • Useful when client procurement requires "best price"

Commission is calculated on total spend (bar minimum + any custom additions like catering surcharges, AV upgrades, decor packages). Tax invoice required on settlement. Specific terms documented per booking.
