Everyone pitches a small cute project. We vote for one, then make it happen!
I've been wanting to try something like this for ages, and would love you to join me for the adventure.
Fourth Thursday of the month.
Each time, whoever attends decides upon a small cute project to complete and works together to make it happen!
How it works:
- Everyone who attends puts in $10
(if 5 ppl, our total is $50,if 13 ppl, our total is $130)
- Each person makes a quick pitchfor a fun, motivating, positivething to do using total funds.
(I will guide everyone to write and present the pitches, low pressure)
- A pitch should be something wecould achieve together in 2 hours.
Examples of pitches could be:
- Film a 10 minute Hamlet!
- Gift free cupcakes on the street!
- Make someone’s mum a nice card!
- Publish a zine!
- Buy us all ice cream!
- We vote and collectively decide upon one pitch to make happen.
- We self-organise, planning, stepping into roles and deciding how to use our total funds.
- We achieve some version of the pitch before 10pm!
- That’s it!
All you need to bring is $10 andan openness to collaboration.
It will be welcoming, inclusive, guided vibe.
And who knows what cute littlething we’ll make happen...

You're closer than your map thinks.
Trainscendence is at Rolling Stock Lane, Collingwood VIC 3066 — a laneway running off Budd Street. Search “Rolling Stock Lane, Collingwood” in your maps app, follow the lane in, and come through the Trainscendence archway on the left. Two trains on the rooftop means you’re in the right place.
Collingwood station (Mernda/Hurstbridge line) is about a 5-minute walk, and the 86 tram along Smith Street stops nearby. Street parking on the surrounding streets — check the signs.
