Kanna Comforts

Together we will explore connecting with the use of Kanna, combining heart opening and social connection.

It assists in supporting mood regulation, promoting relaxation, and enhancing social connection. Kanna is also associated with improved focus, stress management, pain relief, and can facilitate gentle states of spiritual exploration.
