How the money works

No room hire. The minimum is what your guests spend at the bar, so a good night costs you nothing extra.

Minimum bar spend

Run it as an open tab, drink tickets or a per-head package. Every drink counts toward the minimum.

The deposit

30% holds the night once you’re ready, credited back against the bar on the night.

If it falls short

You pay the difference after the night. If it goes over, it’s simply a great party.

Questions people ask

Can you see the fireworks?

You’ll catch some of the city’s midnight fireworks over the skyline from the rooftop, but not the full show front-on. What makes it is the city views from the roof, two lit-up train carriages and your whole crowd together at midnight.

Can we bring food?

Yes. Bring your own catering or food trucks at no extra cost; we have no kitchen, so plan food on your side. Drinks come from our bars only: no alcohol can be brought in.

What’s included?

The rooms you book, staffed bars, a door team, security, house sound and lighting, and our team running the building on the night. Extra production, decor and DJs are yours to bring.

Can we sell tickets?

This is a private booking for your guests. If you’d rather run a ticketed public party, say so in the form and we’ll talk you through our promoter terms.

Can we finish later than 2am?

2am is subject to our licence variation for the night. We’ll confirm it before you pay a deposit.

How does the free hold work?

Tell us which option and roughly how many guests. We’ll pencil you in for 7 days, no payment, while you confirm. Because we take one NYE booking, the first deposit locks it.

Is it 18+?

Yes, NYE is an 18+ night across the building.
